Job Description

As a Sr. Executive – Business Development in project department, you are largely expected to perform below activities:

  • Concept Selling: Sell our services to universities, institutes, training agencies, through B2B marketing and corporate channels.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with senior
    management at companies and educational institutes through email, telephonic, or face-to-face conversations.
  • Drafting Proposals: Expertise in drafting proposals and preparing presentations for clients.
  • Revenue Generation: Responsible for generating sales revenue.
  • Strategy Planning: Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for the acquisition of new clients in line with the overall organizational objectives.
  • Sales Forecasting and Target Achievement: Take complete ownership of the sales process, forecast sales for specific periods, and generate targeted revenues.
  • Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience requirement:

  • Candidates with a sales background in the education domain will be given preference.
  • Proven end-to-end sales skills including prospecting, pipeline management, closing, and negotiation (this role requires end-to-end sales management).

Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in project department, initially you shall be responsible largely to perform below activities:

  • Plan and organize application cycles.
  • Conduct student seminars, career counseling sessions, and faculty development programs, and train and place officers within the school and the Centre of Excellence in assigned territories.
  • Arrange orientation programs and educational workshops for prospective schools and their students.
  • Inform, counsel, and advise students about the courses and programs offered,
    admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.
  • Develop communication strategies, admission strategies, and enrollment plans to attract and enroll more students from various venues (universities, colleges, coaching centers, schools, and other educational stakeholders).
  • Plan and promote the university at all events related to admission and retention, present at information sessions, and counsel and guide students and parents about the admission process.
  • Understand and leverage digital marketing strategies to enhance outreach and
    enrollment efforts.
  • Support the business development activities of the firm such as pursuit developmentand production of thought papers

Qualification & Experience requirement:

Job Description

  • Facilitate discussions with the client to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements
  • Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
  • Quantitative research methodologies include data mining, creating financial models, and performing valuation analysis
  • Qualitative research methodologies include performing market research and collecting business intelligence
  • Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
  • Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes
  • Support the business development activities of the firm such as pursuit developmentand production of thought papers

Qualification & Experience requirement:

  • MBA from a top institution
  • 7+ years of consulting experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-developed industry expertise in a domain of alignment (education, consulting,financial services, rural development, etc.)
  • Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service
