Objective
In order to meet the growing demand for management education, this Business School was established with a keen objective to promote quality education among students and working professionals. The institute is on a mission to create a business school as part of its goals.

1. Preparation of Institutional Development Framework
We assisted the Business School in formulating the Institute Framework Model. Initially, our approach involved conducting extensive research to identify, analyze, and comprehend the landscape and requirements of management schools in India and Gujarat from a broad perspective. Subsequently, we crafted the institutional framework model, incorporating numerous key components essential for the institute.
Guided by the Institutional Framework Model, we developed short and long-term strategies for each component, outlining success parameters in a comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR). This DPR and requisite statutory documents were submitted to education regulatory bodies, facilitating the institute in securing affiliation and commencing operations.
2. Marketing & Branding Strategies
We helped this Business School with Marketing and Branding Strategies to boost their admissions and enrolments. The clarity of the institute’s mission in emphasizing quality education guided us to determine the brand positioning, prospective students, parents’ and students’ motives, etc. Subsequently, we proposed combining outbound and inbound marketing plans in several focus areas, categorized into Awareness activities, Branding activities, Pre-Admission activities, Admission activities, and Post-Admission Activities.
3. Recruitment Support
To ensure the Business School runs its mission in the best way possible, we helped them in getting the right resources to the campus. We provided overall support for the recruitment of teaching and non-teaching faculties as per institute requirements.
4. Launch of Skill Development Programs and Exposure to Govt. Schemes
Eduprogress also provided advice on taking initiatives for academic excellence and skill development to prepare and equip the institute for future development. We assisted them in initiating the skill development programs, obtaining approval from the government, developing the training curriculum, and helping them identify the trainers. For the entrepreneurial program, we assisted them with various government schemes and developed the trainers’ pool.
5. Developed a Financial Model for transforming into a Self-Financed Institution
The common challenge private educational institutes face in the early stage is being financially viable. We noticed this obstacle, and thus, we proposed the monetry model for this Business School. We combined the basic academic model with several initiatives to ensure self-sustainability.

- Received the “Best Campus Preparedness Awards 2015” in the west zone from Higher Education Forum, Pune.
- Student achieved 2 Gold medals in the overall GTU MBA fnal Exam in 2017- 18.
- Secured 2nd place in the All India Competition “Stock Torero – Bombay Stock Exchange Institute” in December 2016 from BSE.
- Through skill development programs, the Business School has successfully groomed numerous trainees in the Hospitality sector.
- Under entrepreneurship initiatives, the institution has organized several seminars and training programs.
