Her extensive experience in institutional development involves formulating strategies for admissions, branding, marketing, placement, continuing education, academic recruitment, statutory body inspections, and overall monitoring.

With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in the establishment of Higher Education Institutions and Universities in India, contributing to the development of notable institutions such as Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gujarat Maritime University, State Institute of Hotel Management, and Indrashil University.

Furthermore, Dr. Palak has also made significant contributions in the government sector, having worked with the Government of Gujarat in various capacities, particularly in the areas of Energy, Education, and Industrial Development. His research interests encompass a wide range of topics, including Higher Education Policy Implementation, University Governance, Financial Sustainability, and Internationalization.
