India’s UGC brings in New Regulations for Institutions seeking “Deemed to be University” Status. These Regulations are meant to elevate the functioning of Indian HEIs to meet the Changing Benchmarks. And these regulations shall also apply on the Institutions already having the Status of “Deemed to be University”.
